At Microsoft, I led teams to create personalized learning experiences, including a first of it’s kind help skill for Microsoft Copilot. As a certified design thinking coach at IBM, I taught and empowered over 500 professionals to solve complex business problems with design thinking. I work to bridge the gap between research and design, ensuring insights drive informed design decisions.
I also co-founded a UX course for women of color and launched an online design community, Design for Equity, dedicated to responsible design practices. Currently, I'm exploring solutions for economic, physical and social mobility of people and communities.
